Hope you have a thrilling x-mas just like me! Finally got my favourite movie on DVD, "House of flying daggers".
Love the soundtrack so badly, I could die listening and would still be happy.. *waaaaaaaaah*

There's this one traditional song sung by Zhang Ziyi, 佳人曲(jia ren qu - Beauty song). It's so terribly beautiful!! Oh my go~sh, how I love traditional Chinese and Japanese music! Wish, I could learn traditional dancing (Naah, come to think of how I'd look doing it.. better not dare a try *irgs*)..

Besides, here are the lyrics of this stunning poem by the famous poet Li Yannan who lived in the Han era (206BC-220AC).



北方有佳人，絕世而獨立。 bei fang you jia ren,jue shi er du li.
一顧傾人城，再顧傾人國。 yi gu qing ren cheng, zai gu quing ren guo.
寧不知傾城與傾國。 ning bu zhi qing cheng yu qing guo.
